COLONEL MAHIP CHADHA was commissioned in 1966 into The Second Battalion The Third Gorkha Rifles; one of the finest battalions in the world which had the honour of winning two Victoria Crosses in WWI.
The battalion saw action in both the World Wars returning to India after a final stint in Pakistan, and was taken over by Indian Officers at Ferozepore. Colonel Chadha retired in Jun 2000, after which he worked in various jobs till he finally retired as the President of Helios Aviation. He turned to writing after the demise of his wife Kiran in 2010.
Dr. N.Rajavel is Head of the Department of Commerce in Jawaharlal Nehru Rajkeeya Mahavidyalaya, Port Blair in Andaman and Nicobar Islands. He is the son of Shri A Natraja Mudaliar and Smt. Periyanayagi Natarajan of Elleri Village, Tamil Nadu. He was appointed in 1983 by the Andaman and Nicobar Administration for its college and is presenlty working as the Head of the Post Graduate Department of Commerce.
